Notes:
Sheets ant towels are included and the linen change is usually once a week.
Every apartment has his own kicthen corner (no oven).
Breakfast :only on request ( from May to July)
Pets are normally not allowed. But we may consider small sizes.
Final cleaning: not included 40 Euro payable locally or in advance.
Heating on request :10 Euro a day.
Bedlinen and medium towels included.
Linen change once a week.
Large Towels extra on request: 5 Euro a week each.
Towels for swimming-pool on request: 10 Euro /a week
No washing machine, but good and cheap laundry- service available in San Casciano Val di Pesa next to the COOP Supermarket.
Deposit/Caution:150 Euro on arrival.
Tennis court: at 2 km.
Horse-riding and promenades: at 6 Km.

For relaxing time:
Swimming pool is located 300 mt from the guesthouse just next the winery-house in a privat garden.Open everyday from 9.00 a.m. to 8 p.m. (open from May 1st to beginning of October) and play for kids (slide and swings).
For our guests a barbecue is available in the garden in front of the guest-house.
