BOUQUET: Vinous, fresh and fruity with good intensity.
FLAVOR: Soft with medium body, slightly dry.
GRADATION : 13.5%
I recommend combining it with aperitifs with cold cuts and cheeses, pasta dishes with simple sauces and savory vegetable pies, and why not with a good pizza. I suggest to cool the bottle slightly and to serve at 14°-16° C.
