Canaiolo Lombardi vineyard – 45 years old – with Guyot breeding system, located in the San Casciano Val di Pesa area.

FEATURES

COLOR: Ruby red.

BOUQUET: Very fruity, varietal, fresh and floral with hints of violet.

FLAVOR: Medium-bodied. Subtle tannic structure, light balsamic notes with delicate non-aggressive and non-invasive tannins, characteristic of the grape.

GRADATION: 15 %

SOMMELIER’S TIPS

This wine can be enjoyable already now, but, for those who can wait a few years, it can be even more pleasant. I recommend opening a few minutes before serving to oxygenate it slightly. Although it is a red wine, it goes particularly well with tasty fish soups , it can be combined with aperitif , with semi-fresh cheeses and salami, up to meats simple white and red or with some vegetables cooked in a pan. To better appreciate it, I recommend cooling the bottle and serving at 14 ° -16 °.
