Manual harvest and subsequent selection. Cold maceration for 48 hours, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel for 18 days with pumping over and gentle pressing. Maturation in wood for 12 months and further aging in bottle. limited edition on vintages 2011-2011-2013.

Wine that goes well with red meat, roasts, game, stews and higlhy flavored cheeses. Red for long aging. Serve at 18°-20°c.
