BOUQUET: Intense, complex, fruity aromas as mature red berries, spicy and balsamic notes and with an earthy finish.
TASTE: Fruity with an elegant body, harmonious tannins and a good persistent freshness.

SOMMELIER’S TIPS:

I recommend opening the bottle at least 1 hour before consumption to appreciate it at its best. Being a wine with long aging it goes well with structured pasta dishes and red meat or game, roasted or stewed. Serve the bottle slightly cooled to 16 ° -18 ° C.
