FEATURES
COLOR: Medium ruby red tends to garnet with the aging.
BOUQUET: Intense, complex aromas of red berries as jelly (raspberry and blackberry), flower as violet and rose, earthy notes with hints of sweet tobacco, dark chocolate and coffee.

TASTE: Medium-full bodied, enveloping with elegant tannins, excellet freshness with a citrusy-orange finish, good persistance and sapidity.
GRADATION: 14,5%

SOMMELIER’S TIPS:

I recommend opening the bottle at least 1 hour before consumption to appreciate it at its best. Being a wine with long aging it goes well with structured pasta dishes and red meat or game, roasted or stewed. Serve the bottle slightly cooled to 14 ° -16 ° C.
