FEATURES
COLOR: Deep ruby red.
BOUQUET: Ripe red fruits and berries, intense, very fragrant with balsamic notes and hints of Mediterranean herbs.
TASTE: Fruity with spicy notes, light savoury, elegant body and harmonious tannins, good persistence.
GRADATION : 14,5%

SOMMELIER’S TIPS

I recommend opening the bottle a 15 minutes before serving. It can be combined with pasta dishes with savory meat and cheese sauces, stew vegetables or with second courses , grilled or roasted. I recommend serving the bottle slightly cooled to 16°-18°C.
