Manual harvest from single Vigna la Quercia vineyard (called like this for a oak tree in the immediate vicinity, located in the San Casciano Val di Pesa area.

COLOR: Intense ruby red, tending to garnet with aging.
BOUQUET: Red berry fruits and cherries, intense with hints of seet spicies and smoky flavour.
TASTE: Fruity and floreal with spicy hints, savory, harmonious tannins, round, elegant and persistent.
GRADATION: 14%

SOMMELIER’S TIPS

Wine that goes mainly with grilled or roasted meats like T-bone Florentine steak, lightly aged cheeses and vegetable pies with savory sauces, pasta dishes with wild boar sauce. I recommend cooling the bottle slightly and serving at 16°-18°C.
