Wine made from Sangiovese 90% and Merlot 10% grapes.
Manual harvest from our vineyard Frutteto and Gaben (Sangiovese) and Cipresso (Merlot) with the training system of cordon spur and Guyot.

FEATURES
COLOUR: Ruby red.
BOUQUET:  Very intense, with hints of ripe red and black berries and a lightly spicy finish.
TASTE: Fresh and round, velvety tannins, flavorful and with good persistence in the aftertaste.
ALCOHOL: 14,5 %

SOMMELIER’S TIPS

We recommend opening the bottle few minutes before serving. It goes very well with variegated croutons and aged cheeses, red meat cooked in a pan or grilled, or with savory dishes. I recommend serving the bottle slightly cooled at a temperature of 16°-18° C.
