BOUQUET: Intense with notes of red rose, cherry, orange peel and pomegranate juice, light spiciness and smoky notes.

FLAVOR: Round body, good freshness, pleasant tannin, nice persistence and savory finish.

SOMMELIER’S TIPS

I recommend combining it with aperitifs with cold cuts and cheeses, pasta dishes with simple sauces and savory vegetable pies, and why not with a good pizza. I suggest to cool the bottle slightly and to serve at 14°-16° C.
